- To determine universal motor’s no-load, full-load characteristics while operating on alternative current and direct current.
PROCEDURE
4. Viewing the front face of the module:
a) The main series winding is connected to terminals 3 and 4.
b) The compensating winding is connected to terminals 5 and 6.
c) The brushes (commutator and armature winding) are connected to terminals 1 and 2.
