All about Diet
Here comes summer and most people are getting to concern about their body shape. For this reason, many kinds of researches have been performed about something involved with body. For example, people can choose the hottest body of the year or the sexiest star through some researches. Furthermore, we always want to find out how to manage our body shape in order to make it similar to theirs. Why have we tried to do? It is thought that is why we envy their physical condition.

First of all, we want to know a standard for the ideal body people think of by choosing one body among some entertainers. The first step was to classify them into several body types. And, we selected some celebrities to represent different type of bodies for each sex and the selected were as follows. For male, Kang Ho-Dong, Kwan Sang-Woo, Lee Yoon-Suk, and Yoon Jung-Soo were selected. Kang represents a person who has a low fat and a muscular body. Kwan is famous for the nice abdominal muscle, well developed breast with slim body. Lee is quite skinny and tall. And Yoon has a firm body and looks like ordinary person.
From the result, theres little difference between male and female choice. Both of groups gave the first rank to type of Kwan. But about 18% of women feel awkward with his trademark: the abdominal muscle and well developed breast. So they recommend Cha Seoung-Won, Kim Rae-Won and Sung Si-Kyoung as one who has the ideal body. These men have something in common such as tall height. And they have proper flash as well as muscles. And the interesting thing is that no one responded to type of Lee.
