I saw this movie when I was in high school. After one of my friend saw this move, he strongly recommended this movie to me. As a matter of fact, after I saw this movie I couldn`t get it out of my mind because it was so touching.

Every Korean students in high school is under the pressure of study. I thought American high school students are not the same but in their world the competition was existing. And I thought there is more freedom and students are treated better. But the fact was completely different from what I have thought. There is also pressure of teachers and parents. They cannot do what they want.

In this movie, one of the students wanted to play a role in play but his parents wanted their son to be a doctor because they thought it`s even better for his future. It can make lots of money and it takes the honor to him. But what is very important is that those are not everything. Everyone has something they want from the bottom of heart.

In this movie, one of the most important role is Keating(Robin Williams). He is always on students` side. He always supports his student and respects the opinions of his students. For that reason, he has a bad reputation in school.

Dead poets` society is a name of secret group for gathering together once a week even if it`s not very regular and talk about the life and poetry. Some student found the secret of this group and made it again by accident. And after a while they found that Keating was the member of the society.
