본문내용

(초록) 초고령사회의 도래에 대비하여 지역사회 돌봄관리(care management)의 중요성이 증대됨에 따라 지역 의료체계의 개편 필요성이 증대되었다. 디지털 병리 시스템과 더불어 비대면진료 플랫폼이 구축되면 지역사회 돌봄관리가 보다 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 비대면진료 플랫폼과 비대면 의료 중개업과 관련한 법안 마련과 비대면 진료행위와 관련한 제도적 정비가 필요하다. 보건의료분야에서 디지털 전환을 위한 디지털 헬스케어 진흥 및 보건의료데이터 활용 촉진에 관한 법률안 등 입법을 통한 제도 정비가 필요하다. 의료 시스템 디지털 전환을 중시하는 방향으로 보건의료환경의 변화가 가속화되는 상황에서 변화 필요성에 따라 선제적이고 자발적으로 ESG 경영에 기반한 사업재편을 지원하도록 기업활력법이 시행되고 있다. 고령친화적 스마트시티 추진과 관련하여 의료공급망 DX 스마트시티 데이터 허브 플랫폼을 연계한 돌봄관리체계 구축과 디지털병리 시스템 구축 및 스마트시티 데이터 허브 플랫폼을 의료체계에 활용하면 스마트시티에 거주하는 요양보호대상자에게 24시간 맞춤형 돌봄관리가 가능해질 것이다. 고령자인 환자의 안전을 보장하고 지속적으로 필요한 맞춤형 의료 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 의료기관이 ESG 경영을 실현하도록 체계를 수립하여야 한다.
