How did the simulated experience of Olivia Jones’s case make you feel?
가벼운 자간전증의 시나리오를 하다가 중증을 겪었더니, 환자가 울먹이고 통증을 극심하게 호소해서 당황스럽고, 사정을 먼저 해야하는데 빨리 무언가의 중재를 해주어야 할 것 같고 마음이 급해졌다. 그래서 머리부터 발까지의 신체 사정을 다 하기 전에 담당의사에게 전화를 해서 점수가 처음엔 낮게 나왔다.
Describe the actions you felt went well in this scenario.
환자가 정확히 어떤 증상을 호소하는지 확인하기 위해서 통증, 두통유무, 두통위치, 메스꺼움, 시야변화, 호흡의 어려움등을 상세하게 질문한 것이 잘 한 것 같다. 또 환자가 시작하자마자 울먹이며 상황이 심각한 것 같아서 환자를 안심시키고 교육을 제공하고 침대에 발작패드를 올린 점을 잘했다고 생각한다.
