Discussion
The experiment was conducted with an initial concentration of 10, 45% w/v of glucose. The fructose concentration generated from glucose isomerization using BEI software was measured. The concentration of glucose over time determined the rate and used it in the Michaelis-Menten equation. The mass of dry enzyme is 15g and the molecular weight of glucose is 180.
