Generally, its seems many scholars tend to make a research on inspiring leaders in the western world rather than leaders in the eastern world. However, there still a lot of inspiring leaders who are originated from the eastern world which comparable with the inspiring leaders who are originated from the western world. One of the personality notable for his inspirational leadership is Admiral Togo Heihachiro from the “Land of the Rising Sun” which comparable with the famous Vice Admiral Horatio Nelson, a former Royal Navy Admiral who won important victories in various battles. Admiral Togo was the main player that has played an important role in the history of modern Japan. He was a great influences in the movement for modernization, nationalism, and centralization.참고 자료
