Baxplora is a web-based application that provides services that link travelers and local residents who wish to be a guide for the travelers. On our application, anyone can register to be a local guide. It is not just a simple matching company. It allows travelers to meet local friends who can provide a more lively and detailed guide. The key feature of our company that differentiates from the competitors is a soulmate matching system. This system matches the traveler with the guide according to personality, interests and values. Also Baxplora does not charge any commission fee for the matching, so it is comparatively cheaper than other travel agencies. The source of revenue would be advertisement fee from our web page and mobile application. Company’s projected total startup cost will be 8 million won. This cost is for application development and purchase of an equipment. Startup cost could be recruited from ‘Challenge 1000 project’, and the deficient fund will be acquired by each manager’s capital.
