I would like to begin by posing a question. Is the world divided? Yes, without a doubt. Then, is it a recent development? I say, yes and no. It is true that today’s society has seen an increase in conflicts, but I see our divided society not as an invention but rather as a 'discovery'. Thanks to the development of internet and worldwide transportation, it becomes easier and easier to come across the different lifestyles of countries around the world.
