Picture (for guessing the topic), T/F cards, Worksheet, hand-out, White board and markers

Aims:
1. Knowledge about vocabulary and expression for topic
2. S will be able to find out main ideas and details by skimming and scanning
3. To practice and improve speaking, listening and writing skills
4. S will be able to exchange the idea by making a discussion about topic

Language Skills:
Listening: listening to teacher’s instruction, demonstration/discussion
Speaking: Taking part in an activity and discussion about topic.
Reading: Reading ‘Land Mark’ worksheet

Language Systems:
- Phonology: Reading the text, distinctions between f/v
- Funtion: Predicting, debating, giving and receiving opinions
- Lexis: idioms, Key vocabulary in the text, agreement statements
