침 자극에 의한 NK cell의 활성도 증가

- 1. NK cell은 tumor cell과 virus-infected cell을 처리한다.
￭ NK cell의 기능
▪ apoptpsis 유도
- 종양세포의 apoptosis : Fas (CD95)–Fas ligand (CD95L) interaction으로 종양세포의 apoptosis
- ADCC(Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity) 작용 : 항체로 옵소닌된 표적세포의 apoptosis 유발
▪ cell lysis
- perforin과 granzyme 단백분해효소
- virion의 release
▪ cytokine 생산과 종양세포 감시
- 대식세포의 활성화 : IFN-γ
- 종양세포의 apoptosis 유발 : TNF-α
