9.Claim：Dispute, or complaint by Buyer of whatever nature arising under this contract, shall be made in written(fax. e-mail etc.) notice within 10 days after arrival of the cargo in the destination port. Full particulars of such claim shall be made in writing and forwarded by airmail so as to reach Seller within 20 days after written notice. Buyer must submit with such particulars as Public Surveyor’s report when the quality and quantity of merchandise is in dispute.

20.5 If any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall be declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any applicable law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired, and in such case the parties hereto oblige themselves to reach the purpose of the invalid provision by a new, valid and legal stipulation
