1. The food I like most
When it comes to food, I have a good appetite and eat just about anything. To look back my childhood, I used to be a picky eater. But there was only one food which I was never choosy. That was Korean-style Pasta Soup which called ‘Sujebi’.
It’s not that difficult to cook, but it’s obviously bothering -comparing to other soups or noodles. From making batter to tearing and putting it into a pot, it requires lots of work. Interestingly, it’s also related to how the name was made. To trace the word its origin, Chinese character ‘手’ which means ‘hands’ and ‘摺’ which means ‘folding’ were combined, so it called ‘Sujeobi’ in The Joseon Dynasty era, and it became ‘Sujebi’ as we know nowadays.
There are variety sort of ‘Sujebi’, and the names are widely divided into two groups depends on the broth or the batter. According to the broth, normally dried anchovies are used, but sometimes manila clams or
