Finance of the project

Organization of sales apartments
• Total unit : 1,134 unit
• the resident unions apartment : 704 units
• rental apartment : 102 units
• national annuity house : 118 units
• Lot-sold apartment : 208 units

In this reconstruction project , the construction costs is financed by the Hyundai development company through the trust of resident unions.
The construction company will retrieve the investment from the profit of Lot-sold apartments ( 208 units ) .

Bond of the project
When the builder contracts with subcontractors , The law obliges owners to guarantee subcontractor . But some cases they didn’t insure to pay because a commission of payment bond .
- ex. guaranty money : about 100 hundred million won , Duration : 1 year , commission : 0.88% ▶ the commission is 88 million won.
If they have the high credit rating (AAA grade) , can be discounted 60% . (32 million won)
* Hyundai development company is given the 4th grade of construction ability in 2004 ( estimated value in this year – 3,445,036 million won) So They are exempt from duty of payment bond.
