진로 분야의 질적 연구 동향분석-2000년∼2016년 국내 학술지 논문을 중심으로- (Trend Analysis of Qualitative Research on Career -from 2010 to 2016 focus on the Korean Domestic Journal-)

초록

본 연구에서는 국내 학술지에 실린 진로관련 질적 연구방법론을 적용하여 발표된 연구들의 경향을 분석함으로써 연구의 흐름과 성과를 정리하고, 향후 진로분야 질적 연구의 방향을 논의하고자 한다. 2000년에서 2016년까지 질적 연구방법을 사용하여 국내에서 발표된 학술지 논문 245편을 대상으로 내용 분석한 결과 첫째, 연도별 논문 수는 2010년을 기점으로 급격하게 증가 추세를 보이고 있다. 둘째, 질적 연구방법의 종류별 동향으로는 사례연구가 98편(40%)으로 가장 많이 사용하였으며, 다음으로 근거이론 29편(12%), 혼합연구 29편(12%), 합의적 질적 연구(CQR) 27편(11%) 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구대상별 경향으로는 성인연구가 88편(36%)으로 가장 많았으며, 다음으로 대학생 79편(32%), 고등학생 25편(10%) 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 진로관련 주제별로 보면 진로선택 및 결정이 54편(19%)으로 가장 많았으며, 다음으로 진로교육 및 개발과정과 진로준비과정이 각각 38편(14%)으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 자료 분석방법별로 보면 합의적 질적 연구(CQR)에서 많이 사용하는 영역코딩, 중심개념코딩, 교차분석과 지속적 비교분석법이 각 26편(11%)으로 가장 많았으며, 다음으로 근거이론 분석방법인 개방코팅, 축코딩, 선택코딩이 24편(9%)으로 나타났다. 이러한 국내 진로관련 질적 연구의 경향을 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구에 주는 시사점을 기술하였다.

영어초록

The study analyzes the trends in research and development of studies published in the domestic academic journals by analyzing the trends of research methodologies published in the domestic academic journals, and discusses the direction of future studies related to future projects. Analysis of contents published in the Journal of Academic Science in Korea using qualitative research methodology from 2000 to 2016. First, the number of annual papers is increasing overall. Second, the trends of qualitative research method were 98 cases (40%) and grounded theory 29 cases (12%), mixed mothods 29 cases (12%), Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR) 27 cases (11%). Third, as for the tendency of research subjects, 88 cases (36%) were the most frequent adults, followed by 79 cases college students (32%) and 25 cases high school students (10%). Fourth, career choice and decision were the most frequently followed by 54 cases (19%), followed by 38 cases (14%) and 38 cases (14%). In terms of data analysis methods, 26 most frequently used (11%) area coding, central concept coding, crossover analysis, and continuous comparative analysis methods were used in the Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR) Methods of open coating, axial coding, and selective coding were 24 cases (9%). Based on the results of analyzing the trends of qualitative research related to domestic career, it describes implications for future research.
