국민안전처 소방안전분야 연구개발사업(2012년~2014년)의 성과분석 (Accomplishment Analysis of the Fire Fighting and Safety Research Development Program Supported by Ministry of Public Safety and Security (2012-2014))

초록

국민안전처에서 수행하고 있는 소방안전 연구개발사업 주요 내역사업으로는, 화재예방 및 경계기술개발, 특수재난 진압 · 대응 기술개발, 인명 구조 · 구급 및 현장대응요원 안전확보 기술개발 등 세개 내역사업으로 구성되어 2007년부터수행하고 있다. 주요 성과지표로는 ① 국내외 특허, 실용신안, 디자인(의장) 등 산업재산권 출원/등록 건수 ② 현장실험,상용화를 위한 성능기준 확보, 시제품 개발, 소프트웨어 등록, 기술료 발생건수 ③ 수행과제와 관련하여 국내외 학술지에게재된 연구논문 및 수행과제 결과물을 이용한 정책활용 건수 ④ 연구과제 수행기간 동안 발생된 고용창출 및 인력양성실적 등으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 2012년부터 2014년까지 수행한 소방안전분야 연구개발사업의 특허 성과, 논문 성과, 소프트웨어 등록 성과에 대해 조사 분석하였다.

영어초록

The fire fighting and safety research development program supported by Ministry of Public Safety and Security is composedof fire prevention and alert technology research, special disaster response technology research, and rescue anddisaster-field response safety technology research. The principal accomplishment indices of this research program are ①patent submitting or registration; ② field test, ensuring performance criteria for commercialization, development of prototype,registration of software, royalty of technology-transfer; ③ the task to be carried out in a published research paper,and number of applied policies; and ④ the study period of task performance of employment and incubated high-technologymanpower. Therefore, this study analyzed the performance result of a patent, research paper, and software registrationof the fire-fighting and safety R&D program supported by Ministry of Public Safety and Security from 2012 to 2014.
