퍼스널컬러에 따른 계절별 인상형성의 차이 - 여성의 헤어컬러를 중심으로 - (A Study of the Differences in Season Types Impression Formation to Personal Color - Focused on Woman Hair Color -)

초록

본 연구는 퍼스널컬러에 따른 여성의 인상형성의 차이점을 알아보기 위하여, 계절 타입에 따른 Worst Color와 BestColor를 헤어에 적용하여 인상형성 차이점을 분석하였다.
결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 퍼스널컬러에 따른 헤어컬러에 대한 인상형성의 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 인상형성 차원은 ‘여성성’, ‘개성’, ‘세련미’, ‘활동성’, ‘복합성’ 등의 5가지 차원의 인상 요인으로도출되었다.
둘째, 계절 타입 퍼스널컬러에 따른 헤어컬러 변화를 적용한 인상형성의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 봄과 가을 타입은 ‘여성성’, ‘개성’, ‘세련미’ 등의 요인을 Best 헤어컬러 적용 시에 높게 평가하여 Worst와 유의한 차이가 있었다. 여름 타입은 ‘활동성’, ‘복합성’ 등의 요인을 Best 헤어컬러 적용 시에높게 평가하여 Worst와 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이는 차갑고시원한 여름 타입의 컬러가 지닌 활동적인 것과 ‘복합성’ 요인의 항목인 지적인, 차분한, 선명한, 강한 등의 인상형성이 강화되었음을 뜻한다. 겨울은 ‘여성성’, ‘개성’, ‘활동성’ 등의요인을 Best 헤어컬러 적용 시에 높게 평가하여 Worst와 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 이는 겨울 타입이 쿨 하면서도 화려하고 대담하며 개성적인 이미지를 가지고 있으므로, Worst보다 Best 헤어컬러 적용 시에 더 여성스럽고 개성적이며활동적인 이미지를 높게 평가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 계절 타입에 맞는 퍼스널컬러를 적용했을 경우 여성의인상차원에 영향을 미칠 수 있으며, 피부 톤에 어울리는 헤어컬러를 적용하는 것은 개성 있는 이미지를 창출하고 연출하는 데 중요한 요소라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 연구결과를 통하여 뷰티와 패션, 이미지메이킹 등의 분야에서 퍼스널컬러를 활용하여 효과적인 이미지 연출을 위한 실질적인 지침으로서의 역할과 함께 학문적 자료로서 활용될 수 있기를기대해 본다.
본 연구는 충청 남∙북도의 지역의 20대의 남∙여를 연구대상으로 하였으며, 다양한 연령층과 지역에 따른 차이점을 분석하지 못하였다. 또한 8가지의 컬러 변인에 국한되어좀 더 세분화된 연구는 부족하였다. 따라서 후속 연구에서는연령, 직업, 외모 관심도 등 지각자 특성을 세분화하고 다양화하여 현대인의 시각을 규명할 수 있는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 사계절의 헤어컬러를 모두 적용하여 16가지의 변인을 적용하여 좀 더 폭넓고 깊이 있는 연구가 이루어지길 기대해 본다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to know how the impression will be formed by the change of hair color, differences of impressionformation per type of season, and differences of impression formation where is applied the case of worst and besthair color change. The results of study are as follows. according to result of seasonal type of personal color in differencesof impression formation by hair color change, it was shown the same result in the type of spring and autumn, it was highlyevaluated factors of ‘feminine’, ‘individuality’, and ‘polished beauty’ which is applying the best hair color that was shownsignificant differences. In other words, once applying the best color on the season of spring and autumn, it will be explainedthat more womanly, characteristically and having a polished image will be highly evaluated once applying the best coloras a type of spring is represented cute, lovely and having a luxurious and a type of autumn is represented womanly, soft, andhaving a natural image. In summer, there was a significant difference in the worst color applied comparing with the bestcolor applied by factors of ‘complexity’ and ‘activity’ which was highly appreciated. In other words, it indicates that factorsof activity which contains image of cold and cool as a color of summer and the factors of ‘complexity’, ‘feminine’,‘individuality’ and ‘polished beauty’, ‘strong’ were to be strengthened in impression formation.
