향장, 미용 관련 학과 퍼스널컬러 코스메틱 제조 교육과정 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Personal Color Cosmetics Manufacturing Curriculum in Cosmetics and Beauty-related Department)

초록

본 연구는 색조화장품, 퍼스널컬러, 메이크업을 접목하여 4차 산업혁명 시대의 창의형 뷰티전문인력을 양성하기 위해 교육프로그램에 반영하고 개발하였다. 연구의 목적은 쉬운 색채의 이해를 돕기 위해 퍼스널컬러를 접목시키고 색조화장품 제조 실습 교육을 융합하여 창의융합인재를 양성하기 위해 교육의 기초자료를 제공 하는데있다. 연구내용으로는 선행연구, 자료들을 통해 미용(뷰티), 화장품(향장)관련 교과목 및 교육과정, 색채교육과 퍼스널컬러, 색조화장품의 내용을 조사하고 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 퍼스널컬러 색채교육은 산업현장, 일상생활에서 쉽게 활용하고 적용할 수 있는 사계절 유형으로 범위를 한정하였다. 둘째, 미용(뷰티), 화장품(향장) 관련 학과 교육과정 개발을 위해 학습지도안 교수-학습모형은 메이커교육으로 설정하였다. 셋째, 본 교육은 미용(뷰티) 또는 화장품(향장)관련 학과 학습자 대상으로 설정하고 학습지도안의 전개 과정은 도입, TMSI 단계, 전시하기 등 총 10차시 단계로 구성하였다. 퍼스널컬러 코스메틱 제조 교육을 통해 색채를 계획하고 제품을 제조할 수 있는 실습 방법을 적용시킨 교육과정의 학습지도안을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 미용(뷰티), 화장품(향장)관련 학과 교육과정에서 색채와 색조화장품을 융합한 실습교육으로서 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 색채 교육법을 적용시켜 제품과 색채를 계획하고 제안할 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 현장에서 쉽게 적용이 가능하고, 역량 강화할 수 있는 학습지도안을 제시한다.

영어초록

This study combines color cosmetics, personal color, and makeup, and reflects and develops it in an educational program to cultivate creative beauty professionals in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. The purpose of the study is to provide basic data for education to cultivate creative convergence talents by incorporating personal colors and fusing training for manufacturing color cosmetics to help understand easy colors. As for the contents of the study, the contents of beauty, cosmetics related subjects and curriculum, color education, personal color, and color cosmetics were investigated and analyzed through previous studies and materials. As a result of the study, first, personal color color education was limited to four seasons types that could be easily used and applied in industrial sites and daily life. Second, in order to develop a curriculum related to beauty and cosmetics, the learning plan guidance teaching-learning model was set as Maker Education. Third, this education was set up for learners of beauty or cosmetics related subjects, and the development process of the teaching plan consisted of 10 stages including introduction, TMSI stage, and exhibition. Through personal color cosmetic manufacturing training, we have developed a learning guidance plan for curriculum that provides a practice method for planning color and manufacturing products. This study is a practical education that combines color and color cosmetics in the curriculum related to beauty and cosmetics and developing an educational program that can plan and propose products and colors by applying color education methods that can be used in the field, it is possible to apply them easily in the field and present a learning guidance plan that can strengthen capacity.
