This paper is a study on translation and annotation of Liang QiChao`s『The record of new Chinese future』. Liang is one of the leading thinkers in modern China, this book is his single novel which is not only incomplete but also has political characters with debating on revolution and reform in the early 1900s. His book consists of a preface and 5 chapters, among them this paper translated and annotated chapter 4,5.
