초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of related factors on resident participation in environmental impact assessment by establishing a resident participation environmental impact assessment index from residents participation, government governance, and corporate efficiency. As the method of this study, data was collected through a survey, and factor analysis was conducted using SPSS to extract factors, and indicators were constructed through weights. This study proposed that resident participation environmental impact assessment indicators and concluded that resident participation could represent the position of monitoring and limiting environmental protection activities of the government and companies in the process of environmental management. This study provides the suggestions that scientific definition of participants and modify information disclosure system to enhance resident participation in environmental impact assessment.
