관광객의 관광동기가 관광만족도에 미치는 영향 -중국 주가욕(朱家峪) 전통마을을 중심으로- (The Effect of tourists' tourism motives on tourism satisfaction -Focusing on the Traditional Chinese village of “ZhuJiaYu”-)

초록

본 논문의 목적은 전통 마을 관광객의 만족도를 향상시키고 지속 가능한 전통적인 마을관광에 대한 수요들을 확대시키는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 중국 전통 마을인 주가욕(朱家峪)의 관광객을 대상으로 심리 특성과 행동특성에 관련된 관광 동기, 관광만족도, 인구통계학적 특성, 관광 형태 등의 요인을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 수집된 데이터를 파악하기 위해서 통계기법을 이용한다. 이를 통해 수집된 데이터를 분석하기 위하여SPSS(Statistical Package of Social analysis) 23.0을 사용하였다. 관광객들의 설문을 통한 분석에 따르면 관광객들은 독특한 매력이 있는 자연경관과 전통적⸱문화적 분위기에 적지 않은 관심을 기울인다. 따라서 전통마을은 관광 개발 모델을 설계함에 있어서 자연환경 보존과 문화자원 관리를 최우선으로 해야 할 필요성이 있다. 또한 평균값이 낮은 관광 동기를 높이기 위해서는 축제 및 이벤트 개발이 필요하다. 인기 드라마 틈관동(闖關東)은 주가욕(朱家峪) 전통 마을 실제 인물들을 원형으로 하고 주가욕(朱家峪) 전통 마을에서 촬영하였다. 이로 인해 다수의 관광객들의 틈관동(闖關東)을 배경으로 하는 문화를 보러 왔기 때문에, 관광만족도를 극대화하기 위해서는 해당 문화의 체험 시설과 농사와 관련된 특색 있는 체험 활동시설을 많이 설치해야 한다. 잠재수요에 따른 개발은 관광객의요구와 욕구를 충족시킴에 따라 폭넓은 전통 마을 관광객을 유치할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 전통 마을의 만족감을향상할 수 있고 재방문 의사를 증대할 수 있다.

영어초록

In order to maximize the satisfaction of visitors in traditional villages and to create continuous visit demand for traditional village tourism, this study aims to identify the psychological and behavioral characteristics of visitors, and to empirically analyze the motives, and tourism satisfaction of visitors to the traditional village, and to identify the differences according to the demographic characteristics and visit behavior, the relationship between visit motivation on tourism satisfaction. In addition, it will present useful information that can contribute to the preservation and operation of traditional Chinese villages. The results of the parsing show that the administrate of cultural resources and conservation of natural environment of traditional villages should be the top priority, and the special service facilities and experiential activity facilities related to drama and farming of traditional villages should be attracted. Also, it is necessary to develop service activities such as festivals and events to promote participation and ties. The average value of facility attributes is low, so it is necessary to install facilities such as restaurant facilities, sales facilities for good agricultural products, and clean private houses. Through this, it will be possible to attract a wide range of visitors to traditional villages through development according to potential demand.
