테마파크 이용관광객들의 방문동기 및 유형별 지각성과와 만족 분석 -에버랜드를 중심으로- (An Analysis on the Motivation for Visiting, Perception Result by Type and Satisfaction of Visitors of Theme Park : Focusing on Everland)

초록

As a theme park houses a variety of facilities including amusement park for families operated in a specially created environment and atmosphere, it is necessary to set strategies for improvement by clarifying satisfactory and unsatisfactory types as well as motivation for visiting of visitors in order to develop an advanced model. To achieve the goal of the study to some degree, this study also examined definitions and characteristics of theme parks through literature research of existing case studies and provided accurate foundations based on the motivation for visiting, perception result by type, and satisfaction of visitors of theme park through verification analysis together with approach to the motivation for visiting of visitors in order to raise the quality of the study and make a contribution. To implement these works we got a survey with 230 people by random sampling and then could select the useful 203(90.2%) sample. For the statistical analysis, SPSS win 14.0 was used to frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis.
