축제 방문객의 플로우 경험에 대한 구조적 영향관계 분석 (An Analysis of Structural Relationships toward Flow Experience of Festival Visitor)

This study examined the relationships among interactivity(visitor), concentration of attention, playfulness, exploratory behavior, satisfaction, and continuous participation in order to understand flow experience of festival. To this end, an onsite survey was conducted to tourists who visited Seoul Lantern Festival. Valid data from 340 respondents were used for the empirical analysis such as confirmatory factor analysis, reliability, and structural equation modeling. Results show that interactivity(visitor) was positively related to concentration of attention, which in turn positively influenced playfulness. Playfulness was positively influenced by exploratory behavior and satisfaction. Also, exploratory behavior had a positive effect on satisfaction. Finally, interactivity(visitor), satisfaction, and exploratory behavior were found to have a positively significant effect on continuous participation. Findings indicate that interactivity(visitor), concentration of attention, and playfulness played important roles in making direct or indirect relationships when explaining the revised model in the process of flow experience. Managerial implications for festival practitioners were presented in the conclusion section.
