장애인의 영산강 수상레저 스포츠 활동 만족도가 자기효능감과 자아성취감에 미치는 영향: 대인관계의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of the Satisfaction of Yeongsan River Water Sports Activity on Self-Esteem and Self-Achievement of the Disabled: Focused on the Mediation Effect of Interpersonal Relations)

초록

본 연구는 장애인의 영산강 수상레저 스포츠 활동 만족도가 자기효능감과 자아성취감에 영향을 주는 과정에서 대인관계의 매개효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 S대학교 영산강 수상레저 스포츠 대회에 참여한 장애인 89명이다. 최종 수집된 자료들은 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 20.0을 이용하여 상관관계와 구조방정식 방법을 통해 분석되었다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영산강 수상레저 스포츠 활동 만족도는 대인관계 및 자기효능감과 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타나지 않은 반면, 자아성취감의 하위영역과는 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 연구모형의 적합도가 양호하게 나타나 이를 최종모형으로 하여 분석한 결과, 영산강 수상레저 스포츠 활동 만족도는 자아성취감에 직접적으로 영향을 주고 대인관계를 매개로 간접적인 영향을 주어 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 자기효능감에 직·간접적으로 영향을 주지 않았으며, 대인관계 역시 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 주지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 S대학교에서 매년 시행하는 영산강 수상레저 스포츠 활동의 내실화를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에 의의를 갖는다. 나아가 영산강 수상레저 스포츠 활동을 매개로 S대학교와 지역사회 간의 유기적인 협동관계 형성을 통해 지역발전의 원동력으로서 경제성장을 돕고, 대외 경쟁력 확보에 기여할 수 있다는 점에 기대효과를 가질 수 있다.

영어초록

The purpose of this research was to verify the mediation effect of interpersonal relations on the relationship between self-esteem, self-achievement and the satisfaction of Yeongsan River water sports activity of the disabled. The survey data were collected from 89 disabled people participated in S University Yeongsan River Water Sports Competition. The data were analyzed using correlation and structural equation with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0. The results of this study were summarized as follows: (1) Satisfaction of Yeongsan River water sports activity was not correlated with interpersonal relation and self-esteem however it was positively correlated with self-achievement. (2) Satisfaction of Yeongsan River water sports activity had influence on self-achievement directly. Interpersonal relation partially mediated between satisfaction of Yeongsan River water sports activity and self-achievement. On the other hand, satisfaction of Yeongsan River water sports activity did not affect self-esteem directly and indirectly, and interpersonal relation did not mediate between satisfaction of Yeongsan River water sports activity and self-esteem. These results can be used as the basis for the substantiality of Yeongsan River water sports activity held in S university every year. S university can build a cooperative relationship with a local community by Yeongsan River water sports activity. That will be the driving force of economic growth for regional development and contribute to international competitiveness improvement.
