간호대학생의 진로정체감, 공감역량, 임상실습 스트레스가 진로적응성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of career identity, compassionate competence, and clinical practice stress on career adaptability among nursing students)

초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 진로정체감, 공감역량, 임상실습스트레스, 진로적응성 정도를 알아보고, 진로적응성에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고자 시행하였다. 연구대상자는 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호대학생 162명이며, 자료는 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자가보고식 형태로 수집하였다. 자료수집기간은 2018년 12월부터 2019년 2월까지였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 진로정체감은 5점 만점에 평균 2.60점, 공감역량은 평균 3.80점, 임상실습 스트레스는 평균 2.96점, 진로 적응성은 평균 3.95점으로 나타났다. 대상자의 진로적응성은 임상실습 스트레스와 부적 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 진로정체감, 공감역량과는 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 대상자의 진로적응성에 영향을 주는 요인으로 공감역량, 임상실습스트레스, 진로정체감이 유의하게 나타났으며, 이들 중 공감역량이 가장 높은 영향요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 진로적응성을 높이기 위해서는 임상실습스트레스는 낮추고 진로정체감과 공감역량을 강화시키기 위한 다양한 교육적 전략 개발 및 운영이 필요하다.

영어초록

This research was conducted to understand the career identity, compassionate competence, clinical practice stress, career adaptability, and to discover the factors that affect career adaptability. The participants of the research were 162 nursing students with clinical practice experience, and the data collection period was from December of 2018 to February of 2019. The research found that the subjects’ career identity averaged 2.60, compassionate competence averaged 3.80 points, clinical practice stress averaged 2.96 points, and career adaptability averaged 3.95 points out of 5 points. The subjects’ career adaptability showed a negative correlation with clinical practice stress, and showed a positive correlation with career identity and compassionate competence. Factors affecting the subjects’ career adaptability were significant in compassionate competence, clinical practice stress, and career identity, among which compassionate competence had the highest influence. Based on the results of this research, in order to enhance career adaptation of nursing students, clinical practice stress needs to be lowered, and diverse educational strategies are needed to strengthen career identity and compassionate competence.
