K-MOOC 학습효과에서 교수실재감, 학습동기, 학습몰입간의 영향관계 (Influence Relationship between Teaching Presence, Learning Motivation, and Learning Flow in the K-MOOC Learning Effects)

초록

이 연구는 학점인정 K-MOOC 참여자의 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
이 연구는 K대학의 학점인정 K-MOOC 강좌 수강생 114명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하고, 그 응답을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, K-MOOC 학습자의 교수실재감은 K-MOOC 학습효과에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로나타났다. 둘째, K-MOOC 학습자의 학습동기가 증가할수록, K-MOOC 학습효과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, K-MOOC 학습자가 학습에 대한 몰입이 증가할수록 K-MOOC 학습효과에 긍정적인 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구결과는 학점인정 K-MOOC 강좌 학습자에 대한 학습효과를 검증했다는 데 그의의가 있으며, 연구결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 K-MOOC 강좌 개발 및 운영 방안을 마련하는데 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

영어초록

This study aims to explore factors influencing the learning effects of participants in credit-eligible K-MOOCs. Through the administration of an online survey targeting 114 students in credit-eligible K-MOOC courses at the K University, their responses were analyzed. The results indicate, firstly, that the perceived presence of instructors among K-MOOC learners statically significant influence on the learning effects. Secondly, an increase in learners' motivation positively affects the learning effects of K-MOOCs.
Lastly, heightened levels of learners’ flow in the educational process also correlate positively with the learning effects of K-MOOCs. These results not only authenticate the learning efficacy of credit-eligible K-MOOC courses but also furnish practical implications for the strategic development and administration of K-MOOC courses.
