간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Effecting Factors Confidence of Core fundamental Nursing Skills performance in Nursing Students)

초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 임상수행능력, 문제해결능력, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감과의 관계를 파악하여 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. G시에 있는 4년제 2개의 간호대학에 다니는 3학년을 대상으로 하여 2018년 9월부터 한 달간 조사하여 237부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었으며 빈도, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수를 SPSS WIN 20.0을 통해 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 전공만족도와 임상수행능력(r=.766, p<.001), 전공만족도와 문제해결능력(r=.457, p<.001), 전공만족도와 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감(r=.350, p<.001)은 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있고, 임상수행능력과 문제해결능력(r=.653, p<.001), 임상수행능력과 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감(r=.509, p<.001), 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감과 문제해결능력(r=.399, p<.001)과는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감을 향상시키기 위해서 전공만족도, 임상수행능력, 문제해결능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 한다.

영어초록

The Purpose of this study was to investigate department satisfaction, clinical competence, problem solving ability, and to identify the influencing factors on clinical stress of nursing students. The data was collected using questionnaires from 237 nursing students in 2 nursing universities in Gwangju, September 2018. Data ware analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation using SPSS Win 20.0. Significant positive correlation were found between department Satisfaction, clinical competency and department Satisfaction, problem solving ability and clinical competence, problem solving ability and clinical competence, confidence of core fundamental nursing skills performance. Therefore, to increase department satisfaction, clinical competence, problem solving ability, confidence of core fundamental nursing skills performance of nursing students, it is necessary to develop and test the program for improving the lower stress of clinical practice of nursing students.
