콜라주집단미술치료 프로그램이 대학생의 진로정체감 형성에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of a Group Collage Program on the Career Identity Formation of University Students)

초록

본 연구는 콜라주집단미술치료 프로그램이 대학생의 진로정체감 형성에 어떠한 효과를 주는지 알아보고자하였다. 연구대상 선정은 300명의 대학생을 대상으로 진로정체감 검사를 실시한 후, 하위10%의 30명 중 16명을우선 선정하고 무선 표집을 통해 실험집단 8명, 통제집단 8명으로 구성하였다. 실험집단에게 주1회 90분, 12주과정으로 콜라주집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구의 효과를 검증하기 위해서 진로정체감척도를 사전- 사후 실험-통제 집단에게 실시했으며 분석을 위해 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 활용 대응표본-t 검정을 실시하였다. 아울러 회기별 진행과정에 따른 진로정체감의 변화를 관찰하여 기록하였다. 그에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 콜라주집단미술치료 프로그램은 대학생의 진로정체감 형성에 효과가 있었다. 그리고 대학생의 진로정체감 하위영역의 진로정서, 진로인지, 진로행동에 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 콜라주집단미술치료 프로그램은 회기별변화 과정에 작품의 변화와 소감문의 변화에서 긍정적 진로정체감을 형성하는 변화 과정을 나타냈다. 본 연구의 콜라주집단미술치료 프로그램 효과는 콜라주작업 과정의 시각화 과정이 긍정적 진로정체감을 형성하고 집단구성원간의 긍정적 지지의 장점이 작용하였다.

영어초록

This study explored the effect of a group collage program for career identity formation of university students. After administering a career identity formation test on to 300 university student for sampling, the researchers selected 16 students from the 30 students who comprised the lowest-scoring 10% and eight students were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups, respectively. The group collage program was conducted with the experimentalgroup for 90 minuteson a weekly basis for 12 weeks. To examine, the effects of the study, a career identity scale was used as pre-post and an experimental-control group, and matching sample t-test utilizing SPSS WIN 18.0 was conducted for analysis. .Inaddition, changes of career identity through the process of progress were observed and recorded during each sessions. The results are follows. First, the group collage program was effective in enhancing the formation of career identities of university students. Additionally, career emotion, career cognitive, career behavior are subcategory of career identity. Second, the group collage program presented the process of progress through sessions on the formation of a positive career identity through changes in artwork and through self-reports. The visualization process of collage art formed positive career identities and positive support among the group members influenced the effectiveness of the groupcollageprogramofthisstudy.
