직업무용수의 나르시시즘이 무용몰입 및 공연자신감에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Narcissism on Dance Commitment and Performance Confidence of Professional Dancer)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 직업무용수의 나르시시즘이 무용몰입과 공연자신감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울, 경기, 대구의 직업무용단에 재직 중인 무용수를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며 최종 238부가 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN Ver. 23.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 직업무용수의 나르시시즘이 무용몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업무용수의 나르시시즘이 공연자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직업무용수의 무용몰입이 공연자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 직업무용수의 나르시시즘과 관련하여 무용수의 예술적 성향과 내면의 심리적 기저와 관련된 지식체 형성에 기여함과 동시에 직업무용수의 나르시시즘이 무용몰입과 공연자신감에 영향을 미치는 의미 있는 요인임을 확인하였다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of narcissism of professional dancers on dance commitment and performance confidence. To achieve this purpose, a study was conducted on 238 dancers working at the Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Daegu Vocational Dance Company. Multiple regression analysis was performed using SPSSWIN Ver.23.0 for the collected data, and the following research results were derived. First, it was found that the narcissism of professional dancers had a significant effect on dance commitment. Second, it was found that the narcissism of professional dancers had a significant effect on performance confidence. Third, it was found that the professional dancer’s dance commitment had a significant effect on performance confidence. This study confirmed that the narcissism of professional dancers contributes to the formation of knowledge related to the dancer’s artistic tendency and inner psychological basis, and that the narcissism of dancers is a meaningful factor influencing dance commitment and performance confidence.
