초록

This study tries to offer basic information for the interior space planning which increase the psychological satisfaction of
resident by visual perception expandability from L.D.K space where is center of main living quarter in residential environment of
small public housing. The result of this evaluation is as follows;
First, the interior space under 50㎡ having L.D.K space in the small-scale house is needed mostly the expansibility of visual
perception.
Second, it has the most effect on the expansibility of visual perception, the reflecting material in interior space under 50㎡, the
indirect lighting in interior space under 51～70㎡, 81～90㎡, and the compartment ceiling in interior space under 71～80㎡ or over 90㎡.
Third, it in compliance with sex appeared with the fact that is difference to visual perception expandability evaluation.
Fourth, the elements effecting the satisfaction about expansibility of visual perception are that indirect lighting and pattern of
wall in 39㎡ interior space, the form of ceiling in 59㎡ interior space, the color and form of ceiling and form and material in 84㎡
interior space, and compartment ceiling, the color of wall, and pattern of floor in 118㎡ space.
Therefore the application of the indirect·well ceiling, reflective material, built-in system which follow in each area will affect
to the resident in expansibility of visual perception space through the small-scale house space planning into expansibility of
visual perception and it is necessary to approach that it is considered the ceiling which affects in the spatial preference, the
indirect formed well, the wall·pattern·form·material·color, and the bottom pattern.
