초록

This study is intended to clarify the effect of influence of college dance coach's servant leadership on the team effectiveness, and to provide as an empirical basic data for an academic improvement on the servant leadership theory and dance troupe. The object of the study was students who majored in the dance at university, and 400 students participated for the final analysis.
For our statistical test, correlation and multiple regression analyses were carried out to verify the hypotheses developed in this study. The analysis results support the conclusions to be summarized below. Firstly, the college dance leaders' servant leadership(service, commitment to the growth, community building) effect significantly influence team-communication. Secondly, the college dance leaders' servant leadership(service, community building) effect significantly influence teamwork alignment.
