사이클 동호인의 성별, 운동참가 및 생활만족이 운동중독에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study was to confirm the effect in exercise addiction based on gender, the level of participation and life-satisfaction among bicycle enthusiasts. Responses from the questionnaires were collected from 198 bicycle enthusiasts. Through the two-way MANOVA, the differences in the level of exercise addiction and their interactions depending upon gender, exercise experience, life-satisfaction were analyzed. the results showed that, first, while participants in bicycle with long experience showed higher level of exercise dependence, social adjustment, withdrawal symptom, exercise desire, male participants in bicycle with less than 5 year of experience showed significantly higher level of exercise addiction when compared to the female participants in bicycle with 5 year of experience. second, male participants in bicycle showed higher level of social dependence when compared to the female participants in bicycle in life-satisfaction.
