호텔기업의 리더십, 조직문화가 조직효과성에 미치는 영향:국가문화의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on Leadership, Organization Culture Influence Organizational Effectiveness in Hotel Industry:Moderating Effect of National Culture)

Leadership plays an important role in hotel management. However, from the perspective of situational leadership model, leadership initiative may be different from conditions such as national culture. The purpose of this paper is to examine the moderating effect of national culture in the relationship leadership, organization culture, and organization effectiveness in hotel industry of Korean and China. The result of the study showed that individual consideration leadership and transactional/ charismatic leadership had an effect on organizational commitment and organization satisfaction. Also, innovative organization culture had influence on organizational effectiveness. Finally, national culture moderates could not interact with leadership and organizational effectiveness but closely interacted with organization culture and organizational effectiveness.
