The purpose of this study was to examine in positivist terms the relationship among self-management, psychological skills and perceived performance of high school Taekwondo players. In order to achieve these goals, a population of high school Taekwondo players in the Seoul and Gyeonggi-do region was selected. A total of 330 questionnaires were used for the final results for this study by using convenient sampling method. For statistic analysis method for the surveyed data, SPSS 20.0 was used to conduct frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis to obtain results as follows: First, self-management (physical management, inter-personal management, mental management) had a partial influence on concentration, goal setting, team chemistry, mental image, will power, anxiety contro which are sub-factor of psychological skills. Second, self-management (physical management and mental management) influenced perceived performance. Third, psychological skills (goal setting, will power, and anxiety control) influenced perceived performance, specifically in the order of anxiety control, will power, and goal setting.
