Introduction
The wild animals have been hunted with several purposes such as a source of food, leather, the safety of human being and entertainment for a long period. However, the hunting of wild animals has emerged as one of the bioethical issues. Especially several opinions have appeared about entertaining hunting like bullfight and trophy hunting. The trophy hunting is one way of hunting that hunts the wildlife animals in a specific area and only male wildlife animals allowed to be hunted. The purpose of trophy hunting is to control the size of male animals such as lion and elephant which leads the female animals to be not impregnated, and this can result in the reduction of the total population of hunted animal species (Whitman and Starfield, 2004). However, the trophy hunters go to Africa or places for trophy hunting to show off carcasses of charismatic African animals. An excessive trophy hunting can cause a harmful effect to the population and ecosystem including the hunted species.
