Abstract - This study aimed to examine and verify the pathogenic bacteria that can exist on the surfaces of mouse wheel. First of all, we took bacteria from the mouse wheel, and only one of the strains was isolated. The isolate was cultivated on TSA agar at 37 ℃ incubator for 1 week. After the incubation, colonies displaying white color and circular shape were shown on the TSA. Through the Gram staining method, the isolate identified grape-shaped(staphylococci) and gram-positive. The test
strain was positive for catalase test and negative for oxidase test. And it was unable to grow in EMB agar and Macconkey agar, so we confirmed again that the isolate is a Gram-positive bacteria. In the antimicrobial susceptibility test, it was susceptible to Gentamycin, Kanamycin, and Vancomycin.
