한국어 초록
외국노동자들을 위한 의료정보 및 서비스 확산에 대한 필요성이 절실함에도
불구하고, 효율성과 지속성을 가진 보건정책이 미미한 가운데 있다. 이에, 본 논문은
외국인 노동자들의 삶속에서 보다 실질적인 조언자들이 될 수 있는 비공식적
오피니언 리더들을 중심으로한 정보전달 전략을 제안한다. 본 논문은 비공식적
오피니언 리더에 대한 정의와, 그들의 발굴방법을 설명함과 동시에, 어떻게 그들이
외국노동자를 위한 공공보건 정보 및 서비스 확산에 이용 될 수 있을지를, 예상되는
효과, 지속성, 문화적 적합성, 효율성, 적용성을 중심으로 고려해 본다.
영어 초록
Despite the public health risks to international workers and the urgency to
reach them with appropriate public health services and information, few
strategies to do so have achieved both effectiveness and sustainability. The
present article proposes the identification, recruitment, and activation of
informal opinion leaders, a strategy that utilizes interpersonal influence through existing advice-seeking networks among the target population.
Coupled with an explanation about recruitment and selection of informal
opinion leaders, this article focuses on effectiveness, sustainability, cultural
relevancy, efficiency, and applicability of the informal opinion leader
strategy for promoting public health information and services among
international workers.
