In this study, I would discuss drawback of the program to train education instructors, suggest itsalternative, and propose the desirable direction of ‘Art & Culture education instructor’ system.
Nowadays, Various experiences and field-study such as noncompetitive study and group study is getting
spotlight rather than form of learning which focuses on acquisition of knowledge. So, It's necessary for the
organization training Art & Culture education instructor to observe whether these programs fullfil their
own function.
1. Is there any fairness problem in examining whether teaching competence subject is suitable?
2. Is there any ability gap between major and non-major who must complete the course of art
professionalism?
3. Is there any class gap for each educational institution?
4. Isn't close connection of curriculum necessary?
Above four sentences are questions for desirable direction and establish of ‘Art & Culture education
instructor’ system. And, To ensure internal stability of instructor system, It is urgent to revise enforcement
regulations, develop the program, perform complementary research about curriculum. Also, it is
indispensable to develop humanistic education program about philosophy and values for trainee.
Next, In this study, I consider connection with school education and personalized program for learner as
the direction in which Art & Culture education instructor should go.
As Art & Culture education instructor is still at the early stage, it is in the transition period where
trial and error are many and diverse strengths and weaknesses are found and solved. I expect these
weaknesses to be complemented more systematically.
