초록

본 연구의 목적은 사이버대학 이러닝 수업의 교과특성(교수유형||| 이수과목||| 수업규모)에따라 수업운영요인(출석관리||| 학습촉진||| 과제관리||| 토론관리||| 상호작용관리||| 성과관리)의 교육 효과에 차이가 있는지를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 1) 사이버대학 이러닝 수업에서 교과특성에 따라 수업운영요인에 차이가 있는가? 2) 사이버대학 이러닝 수업에서 교과특성에 따라 학업성취에 영향을 미치는 수업운영요인은 무엇인가? 등 두 가지 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 연구 문제를 해결하기 위해 서울 소재 A사이버대학 2012년도 1학기에 개설된369개 과목을 대상으로 학습관리시스템과 학사관리시스템에 저장된 수업자료를 활용하여수업모니터링을 실시하였다. 연구 결과||| 교수유형에서 전임교원과 비전임 교원 간에 모든수업운영요인에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었고||| 이수과목과 수업규모에서는 일부 수업운영요인에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한||| 교과특성에 따라 학업성취도에영향을 미치는 요인은 학습시간||| 접속빈도||| 학생 참여빈도 및 게시판 참여 활동 등이 공통적인 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사이버대학 이러닝 수업을 효과적으로운영하기 위한 시사점을 구체적으로 제안하였다.

영어초록

The purpose of the study is to investigate the learning effectiveness of instructional operatingfactors(attendance management||| learning facilitation||| task management||| discussion management|||interaction management||| performance management) according to characteristics of subjects(facultystyle||| curriculum||| class size) in cyber university. This study seeks to find answers to followingquestions||| 1) does instructional operating factors are different according to the characteristics ofsubjects in e-learning courses of cyber university? 2) what does operating factors that affect theachievement of the class depending on the characteristics of subjects in e-learning courses ofcyber university? To answer the above research questions||| 369 courses of cyber universities whichhad been opened in the spring semester of 2012 were monitored and analyzed based onlearning management system and academic affairs management system’s data of the university.As the result||| there was significant difference between full-time faculty and adjunct facultyof faculty style in all instructional operating factors. Also||| the factors affecting academicachievement depending on the nature of courses were learning time||| access frequency||| thefrequency of student participation and board involvement activities as common factors. Based onthese results||| implications is specifically proposed to effectively operate e-learning instruction ofthe cyber university.
