초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 창의․인성교육 소양 함양을 위한 창의․인성 교육 프로그램을 개
발하고 적용하여 그 효과를 확인하는데 있다. 창의․인성교육프로그램은 일차적으로 문헌탐구에 기초
하여 개발하였으며, 개발된 프로그램은 전문가 협의를 통해 최종 프로그램을 구성하였다. 예비유아교
사를 위한 창의․인성교육프로그램의 목표는 예비유아교사의 창의․인성교육에 대한 지식, 기술, 태
도를 습득하는데 두었으며 교육내용은 창의․인성요소, 창의요소, 인성요소로 나누어 세부 교육내용
을 구성하였다. 교육방법은 토의․강의, 문제기반학습, 협동학습, 액션러닝, 마이크로티칭, 모델링,
시연 등을 포함 하였다. 평가방법은 예비교사들의 반성적 글쓰기와 표준화된 검사(CPS-R)를 실행하
였다. 적용 및 효과검증을 위해 D대학 36명을 실험집단으로 C대학 36명을 통제집단으로 편의표집 하
였다. 연구도구는 하주현,성은현,한순미가 개발한 창의․인성검사를 사용하였으며 자료분석은 SPSS
15.0을 이용하여 공변량 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 개발된 창의․인성 교육 프로그램의 적용은
예비유아교사의 창의․인성 교육 소양 함양에 긍정적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to develop the creativity-personality(CP) educational program for
pre-service-preschool educators and to explore the effectiveness of the program. The program first
developed by doing literature research and next consulted by the educational specialists for verifying
the face-validity.
The goals of the educational program for the pre-service preschool educators were acquiring
knowledge, technology and attitude of the CP education in early childhood educational settings. The
contents of the educational program included the factors of creativity-personality, of creativity and of
personality. The instruction methods of the program included discussion, lecture, action learning,
micro-teaching, problem-based learning, cooperative learning, modeling, demonstration. The pre-service
teachers' reflective writing and standardized test(CPS-R) carried out as the evaluation method. In
order to find out the effectiveness of the CP educational program, 36 D college students as an
experimental group and 36 C college students as a control group were participated on this study.
The research tool developed by Ha Ju Hyun etc used for the creativity and personality test. The
data were analyzed by ANCOVA using SPSS 15.0. The study result show that the program was
positively effective for cultivating knowledge for the education of pre-service early childhood teachers'
creativity and personality.
