ABSTRACT

한국어 초록

본 연구는 노인요양시설입소자에 대한 복지서비스품질, 사회적지지에 따른 입소자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 복지서비스 품질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향, 사회적지지가 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 이론적 논의를 바탕으로 그 관계에 대한 가설을 설정하고 검증하
였다.
연구의 결과 복지서비스 품질 즉 신뢰성, 반응성, 식사의 질, 프로그램 운영능력, 유형성이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 안전성은 비유의미적임을 보여주고 있다. 또한 사회적지지는 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 사회적 지지는 입소자의 만족이 높게
나타남을 알 수 있다.
따라서 복지서비스품질의 영역은 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인이 다양하기 때문에 노인요양시설의 서비스공급자는 입소자의 고객만족을 최대화하기 위하여 복지서비스품질요인을 잘 파악하고 실현 시켜야 할 것이다.

영어 초록

This dissertation analyzes the factors affecting on the client satisfaction to the quality of client welfare service and social support in a care facilities of the aged. More specifically, this study establishes and tests the hypotheses which are based on the theoretical explanations about the influence of the welfare service quality on the client satisfaction, the influence of the social
support on the client satisfaction.
The results of this study are summarized as follows:
The factors of the welfare service quality of reliability, responsiveness, quality of meal service, program management ability, tangibles, afflect the client satisfaction positively with statistical significance, while the factors of the care facilities affect with statistical in significance, also, it appears that the factors of the social support has a positive effect on the client
satisfaction.
Thus, scope of welfare service quality varies based on the frequency of service factor that affects the client satisfaction. This indicates that service providers of a care facilities of the aged need to understand the welfare service quality factor varies by kind of service to maximize the client satisfaction on each service provided.
