The focus of this study was to measure the Korean elementary students' creativity through the formulation of a conceptual and measure framework. The results of this study were accomplished by providings a theoretical basis for which to understand the study of creativity. And the instruments were developed to measure the conceptual framework. Next, the reliability and valid characteristics of the instruments used to measure the various validation process were examined. In order to estimate of the reliability test-retest, equivalent-form, Cronbach a , inter-rator , intra-rator reliability coefficients were relied upon, and concurrent validity coefficients were estimated for the instruments validity.Finally, 330 pupils of type Ga and 336 pupils of type Na respectively passed through the process of validations.
