For people who have read the novel "Harry Potter", what feelings might they experience and what lessons might they get from the novel? Harry Potter, a fantasy series, has been one of the best selling novels in the world. J.K Rowling, the author of Harry Potter, wrote this novel after going through hard times including “years of marriage, divorce, teaching, single parenting, and poverty” (Sexton, 8). Thus, Harry Potter “is possibly influenced by the elements of J.K Rowling life, such as characters, plot, setting, etc.” (Dewi, 2012).
