Ⅰ. Introduction and Status of Company

Jeff Bezos founded Amazon in 1995 with the goal of "The World's Largest Bookstore." Through the Internet, consumers have sold books through online as a mission for quick, easy and fun shopping, resulting in a sharp increase in sales.
When a consumer requests a purchase from a Web site, Amazon is a system that orders a wholesaler and delivers the incoming tickle from Amazon. The wholesaler delivered the book within two to three days of Amazon's purchase request, and Amazon did not have inventory so it was able to operate the company at a low risk.
Amazon signed a contract with a publisher directly from sysym, which was purchased from a wholesaler to lower the unit price. Unlike wholesalers, however, the shipping efficiency dropped, eventually leading Amazon to build its own large logistics center in 1997. On the other hand, 80% of the company's investment was used to develop software for consumer convenience.
